Former Attorney General Bill Barr endorses Todd Blanche to run the Department of Injustice because Blanche is the only person who has a snowball's chance in hell of bringing Mad King Ludwig back to reality

But that's just Barr's cover story.

Bill Barr knows Blanche's only successes defending Trump as his personal lawyer relied on delaying tactics, both in the classified documents case and in the federal election subversion case.

Do we really want more of that in his official capacity as Attorney General?

Isn't that what the Justice Department was famous for under Bondi, who dragged her feet releasing the Epstein files?

C'mon man.

Other than that, Blanche lost the Manhattan hush money case and Trump was convicted of 34 felonies.

I see no reason for Todd Blanche to fail upwards, unless of course he's probably the best choice to have around if you want to delay what's coming for Trump after November.

Trump fires another woman

Trump fires Attorney General Pam Bondi

... “Pam Bondi is a Great American Patriot and a loyal friend, who faithfully served as my Attorney General over the past year,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Pam did a tremendous job overseeing a massive crackdown in Crime across our Country, with Murders plummeting to their lowest level since 1900,” the president wrote.

“We love Pam, and she will be transitioning to a much needed and important new job in the private sector, to be announced at a date in the near future,” Trump said.

Bondi, in a statement on X, said, “Over the next month I will be working tirelessly to transition the office of Attorney General to the amazing Todd Blanche before moving to an important private sector role I am thrilled about, and where I will continue fighting for President Trump and this Administration.” ...

Rep. Thomas Massie, a Kentucky Republican whose bill mandating that the DOJ release all files related to Epstein became law in late 2025, said in an X post, “I support Trump firing Pam Bondi. Do you?”

“I hope the next AG will release all the Epstein files according to the law and follow up with investigations, prosecutions, and arrests,” Massie said. ...

GOP U. S. House of Representatives decides to . . .

Not sure what they're smokin' over there at CNBC this afternoon:

... On Tuesday, Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said he was speaking with Maxwell’s defense lawyer to see if Maxwell “would be willing to speak with prosecutors” to see if she “has information about anyone who has committed crimes against victims.” ...

... Blanche previously served as a criminal defense lawyer for Trump when the president was indicted in four separate cases after ending his first White House term in January 2017. ...

Michael Cohen admits under oath to stealing from Trump, feds never prosecuted Cohen for it and Cohen kept the dough

These people are shit.

Here:

In 2017, the Trump Organization owed technology company Red Finch $50,000 for a using algorithms to boost Trump’s performance in a poll, according to Cohen. Cohen, who helped facilitate the transaction, asked for a $100,000 reimbursement, "grossed up" to account for taxes, from the Trump Organization.

However, on the stand Monday, Cohen admitted that he stole from Trump, only paying $20,000 to Red Finch and pocketing the remaining $60,000 for himself.

"So the $50,000 that you got back from Red Finch ... you only paid the Red Finch owner $20,000, right?" Blanche asked Cohen.

"Yes sir," Cohen replied.

The lawyer clarified that Cohen pocketed the $60,000 difference and confirmed this was stealing.

"You did steal from the Trump Organization based upon the expected reimbursement from Red Finch?" Blanche asked.

"Yes sir," Cohen replied, according to CNN.

CNN Legal Analyst Elie Honig called these new revelations a “bomb dropped in the middle of the prosecution's case.” CNN’s analyst Laura Coates agreed and was surprised that the prosecutors did not address this sooner in the trial to “take the sting out” of the revelation.
