The guy on the right is yuge, has at least 5x more money than the guy on the left . . .

. . . and spends at least 200x more on his presidential campaign than Ben Shapiro makes in a year.

Rush Limbaugh on Michael Bloomberg on China: "Nobody is this stupid to think communism is the equivalent of democratic or representative republican freedom"

Rush, winning this year's tin ear of politics award today of all days with Trump making communism acceptable and not threatening:

Now, all of this is designed to make communism acceptable. It’s all designed to make communism not be threatening. It’s all designed to advance the idea of really smart people controlling government — who are really autocrats — under the illusion that they have constituents that they have to listen to and keep happy and pleased. I think Bloomberg sounds a lot like Biden. Remember Biden said a couple of times, “Come on, man! China’s not a threat to the U.S.! Come on, man! China’s no threat!”

When it comes to third party candidacies, what party does Bernie Sanders represent, and why doesn't anybody talk about it?

Self-described Socialist polls 17.5% for Democrat nomination.
Seen here:

"[W]hat happens if the USS HRod begins taking on water. What would Democrats do? Is there an emergency "break the glass" option if real questions of Clinton's electability arise? It seems extremely unlikely that any one issue could bring Clinton down, but what if she begins to suffer 'death by a thousand cuts'?

"Would Vice President Joe Biden and/or Sen. Elizabeth Warren jump in? Or would/could someone not being currently mentioned throw a hat into the ring, like say, Sen. Sherrod Brown or former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg? Presumably Bloomberg would need to join the Democratic Party, but then again, has Sanders joined yet?'"

Why New York City is a sitting duck for the next terrorist attack

Because the communist mayor of New York, de Blasio, yanked all the undercover cops from the mosques, that's why.

Story here.

Say what you want about Rudy Giuliani. He put 'em there in the first place and kept us safe, and Bloomberg then ramped up the spies. But under de Blasio . . . it's all over.

Obama's America: Nearly 12 Million Have Given Up And Left The Labor Force Since His Election

In April 2011 over 1 million people, desperate for work, applied for just 50,000 burger-flipping jobs at McDonalds, which ended up hiring 62,000, 24% more than planned.

Where are the other 938,000 today?

The story is still here, thanks to former Mayor Bloomberg.

Those 938,000 most likely ended up joining another 10 million-plus who have left the labor force altogether.

President Obama meanwhile enjoys day 12 today vacationing in Hawaii snorkeling and golfing, according to news reports, after all his hard work fundamentally transforming the country.

Nearly 12 million have left the labor force since Obama's election in '08

US Chamber of Commerce

Marriott CEO Arne Sorenson
News Corp's Rupert Murdoch
Southern Baptist Convention
American Conservative Union
Americans for Tax Reform's Grover Norquist.

You have met the enemy, and it ain't us.

New York's Puritan Mayor Bans 2-Liter Pop With Pizza Deliveries

Story here.

It used to be conservatism and reaction which in 1950 were said not  to exist as real ideas but only as mere actions or irritable mental gestures. Now it's liberalism and progressivism occupying that role, but without actually resembling ideas. They represent emotions instead, usually of revulsion, especially for people who are fat, or of shame, especially for holding otherwise intelligent opinions critical of other people's culture, way of life and religion.

Mayor Doomberg Cancels NY Marathon: Starting Line Was On Staten Island

Mayor Doomberg has canceled the NY Marathon because . . . it was to have started on Staten Island, and the optics of starting a race at ground zero for Hurricane Sandy were simply unthinkable. People there are still under water and without electricity, food and heat.

AP Obama reports here:

The storm forced cancellation of Sunday's New York City Marathon. Mayor Michael Bloomberg reversed himself Friday and yielded to mounting criticism about running the race, which starts on hard-hit Staten Island and wends through all five of the city's boroughs. ... [O]n Staten Island, there was grumbling that the borough was a lower priority to get its services restored. "You know it's true," said Tony Carmelengo, who lives in the St. George section of Staten Island and still does not have electricity. Added his neighbor, Anthony Como: "It's economics. Manhattan gets everything, let's face it."
