Our poor hard-working queens lol

When your cope becomes your hook:

How drag developed drinking problem: 'Everyone expects us to be loud and wasted'...

... bottomless drag brunches are the new norm ... alcohol “is just part and parcel” of being in a gay bar ... A 2021 study by University College London found that LGBTQ+ people are significantly more likely to report alcohol and drug misuse than heterosexual people.

Transqueers intimidate and harass feminists marching against new hate speech law in Edinburgh, Scotland

Women Scotland, a campaign group, told The Telegraph: “It’s pure harassment and intimidation. They are deliberately going out to cause upset. Women are trying to talk about their lives and are being subject to torrents of sexist and homophobic abuse.”

Andrew Sullivan, the Cicero of the republic of gay, finally observes that the empire of transqueer means to abolish him . . . and biological sex for everyone

From his essay here:

[Judith] Butler and the TQ+ movement are trapped by their logic into being homophobic: they have to deny that gay men can exist at all, because men cannot exist at all, unless they include women in the definition of man.

That’s why the Trevor Project, the massively-funded TQ+ organization, now tells troubled young gay kids that a gay man is defined as someone who has sex with biological women as well as with men. A gay man is not attracted to the same “sex” but to the same “gender” and that now includes biological women. Trevor has abolished homosexuality! ...

In the postmodern world where we invent reality hour by hour, depending on how we feel, being gay now includes heterosexual sex — and by far the biggest group in the “LGBTQIA+” umbrella are bisexual women in relationships with straight men. At some point, gay men will wake up and realize that they have abolished their own identity — indeed merged it into its opposite. ...

queer theory’s core pioneers — Michel Foucault, Gayle Rubin, and Patrick Califia — all once defended adults fucking kids. Foucault defended sex with infants. This is not extraneous to queer theory; it is intrinsic to it. The point of queer theory is that there are no limiting principles. Defending the integrity, dignity and safety of children makes you un-queer. It’s a label I will gladly wear. ...

The truth is: we have come a long way in understanding and respecting the unique human experience of being transgender. In the US, trans people are protected by the gold standard of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. They are everywhere in our popular culture. An entire generation has even been told that being trans is the most glamorous thing you could possibly be. But none of this is sufficient for the transqueers. What they want is an abolition of biological sex for everyone; the end of men and of women as separate categories; the sex reassignment of children on demand; the destruction of the nuclear family; an end to the Hippocratic Oath; the abolition of homosexuality; the presence of male bodies in women’s showers, prisons and shelter; the creation of fantastical post-everything genders and pronouns; and the criminalization of anyone who would ever question this cultural revolution.

Revolutions always come for their most ardent supporters eventually.

Think Leon Trotsky, Thomas Paine, and now Andrew Sullivan.

Joe Biden is the you-didn't-build-that president Barack Obama wouldn't warn us about

Remember the good old days when Barack Obama told entrepreneurs who built businesses "You didn't build that"?

Fun times.

We should believe Joe Biden when he denies he proclaimed Easter Sunday the Transgender Day of Visibility, even though it's in his Twitter feed and on the White House website.

Somebody else built that, and it comes as jarring news to him.

He is not in charge, especially of communications. That all goes out under his name and he has little involvement in it.

Biden is more of a figurehead because fatigue combined with the executive functions of the brain he has lost due to old age mean he must rely on others to keep up appearances and meet political expectations, in this case of the hard progressive left.

Democrats should be embarrassed by this guy, but Democrats have no shame.

Nothing must interfere with Joe's transgender agenda, the first American president officially to push it.

Straight men still call all the shots, they're just more perverted now

The percentage of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer adults in the U.S. continues to increase, reaching an all-time high of 7.6% in 2023, according to a new Gallup report. Broken down by gender, the survey of 12,000 people 18 and older across the country found that women were nearly twice as likely as men to identify as LGBTQ.

“Almost 30% of Gen Z women identify as LGBTQ+, most as bisexual,” Jeffrey Jones, a senior editor at Gallup, told NBC News. “That’s where a lot of the growth seems to be happening.” ...

The group most likely to identify as LGBTQ, by far, was Generation Z women (ages 18 to 26), 28.5% of whom identified as LGBTQ in the survey. The lion’s share of them, of all Gen Z women surveyed, 20.7%, identified as bisexual, followed by 5.4% who identified as lesbians. Gen Z women were nearly three times more likely than Gen Z men to identify as LGBTQ. ...

Bisexuals made up the highest percentage of LGBTQ respondents, at 57.3% — or 4.4% of all adults surveyed. ...

“It’s important how much the LGBTQ community is bisexual, and that’s definitely something we see among the younger generations,” Jones said.

The incidents were related in that the two suspects allegedly used AR-style weapons

It is unknown whether seasonal affective disorder may have played a role in these cases, coming as they did in, or shortly after, the winter season.

NBC News, March 27, 2023:

“There’s some belief that there was some resentment for having to go to that school,” Metropolitan Nashville Police Chief John Drake told Lester Holt of NBC News. ... “She targeted random students in the school ... whoever she came in contact with, she fired rounds,” Drake said, referring to the shooter. ... He said Hale was transgender.

CNN, February 12, 2024:

The woman, identified in a search warrant as Genesse Ivonne Moreno, 36, entered the church shortly before 2 p.m. wearing a trench coat and backpack and opened fire, Houston Police Chief Troy Finner said in a Sunday afternoon news conference. ... Attorney William Capasso said he represented Moreno in 2021-2022 and told CNN that Genesse Ivone Moreno went by the name Jeffrey Moreno Carranza at the time.

Trump's Miss Universe trans policy in 2012 was endorsed by GLAAD lol

'“For more than two weeks, the Miss Universe Organization and Mr. Trump made it clear to GLAAD that they were open to making a policy change to include women who are transgender. We appreciate that he and his team responded swiftly and appropriately,” they said in a statement.'

Lolbertarian says the worst possible thing which could happen to the economy (i.e. "to me") is higher future taxes

More self-absorbed than your average tranny.

Scott Sumner, here:

The consequence of the reckless fiscal policy will not be a financial crisis. Nor will it be a default. Even the permanent monetization of the debt is unlikely, in my view. The most likely consequence will be higher future taxes and slower economic growth. This will lead to reduced living standards. It might also push politics in a more “populist” direction, with consequences that are difficult to predict (but unlikely to be desirable.)

LOL, National Review reports AOC expels protesters at her own townhall in Queens, characteristically buried on the Friday night of the summer's first big holiday weekend to minimize such things

‘American Citizens before Migrants’: Protesters Heckle AOC at NYC Town Hall

NR Daily is delivered right to you every afternoon. No charge.

Protesters booed and heckled Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez at a town hall she held in Queens, N.Y., on Friday night.

A man holding small American flags approached the progressive “Squad” member and shouted, “American citizens before migrants.”

“Where are you on the migrant issue? You’re a piece of s***,” he added.

Ocasio-Cortez said, “OK,” as the man was escorted off.

New York governor Kathy Hochul (D.) declared a state of emergency in New York after the expiration of Title 42 earlier this month. The state has roughly 60,000 asylum seekers relying on social services. New York City has gotten so overwhelmed with the influx of migrants that the city has begun sending them to the suburbs. Hochul said she is “looking at all state assets to help ameliorate the problem that is at a crisis level here in the City of New York,” which could includes housing migrants at SUNY campuses, closed psychiatric centers, large parks and parking lots.

Protesters at the town hall held signs concerning a number of issues: “America First. Vetted legal migrants only,” “Stop funding Ukraine,” “AOC: An Obvious Criminal,” and “AOC: Stop pushing drag queen story hour,”

More protesters came forward throughout the evening, including a woman who was critical of Ocasio-Cortez’s support for U.S. funding in Ukraine. The New York Democrat voted to send $40 billion in military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine last year.

“Stop funding this war, there’s a lot of communities that need help and need that money,” another woman said as she was removed from the event.

Ocasio-Cortez was met with both boos and cheers from the crowd when she suggested the Biden administration should abolish the debt limit, as a June 5 debt default deadline looms.

“$100 billion for Ukraine that you voted for!” one man shouted in response to Ocasio-Cortez’s comments on the debt ceiling.

The progressive lawmaker said earlier this week that the “stakes of a default cannot be understated.”

“The chaos that would ensue and the impact on people’s everyday lives would likely be immediate and it is one of the reasons why we need to take default off the table,” she said.

LOL, 73-year old tranny calls 26-year old tranny fringe, apparently because of the bulge

The beef has been simmering for months and began long before Mulvaney’s string of brand-name endorsement deals. In October 2022, Jenner took issue with Mulvaney’s campaign to “normalize the bulge” — a reference to “women” who have male genitalia. “Dylan …congrats you’re trans with a penis,” Jenner snapped in a tweet.

Getting a chopadickoffame is good enough for The Post apparently, which calls Mulvaney a biological male but not Jenner.

That won't cut it for most folks, for whom the two principals and The Post make three who are all umbday in any language.

Donald Trump Jr. is afraid Republicans will lose lots of campaign contributions if conservatives keep opposing Bud's Tranny Fluid

“So here’s the deal. Anheuser-Busch totally shit the bed with this Dylan Mulvaney thing. I’m not, though, for destroying an American, an iconic company for something like this,” Trump declared, perhaps unaware that A-B is now owned by Belgian beer giant InBev.

First it was the US Army actually recruiting a Chinese spy, now its first trans officer is a spy for the Russians but the CNBC story won't mention the trans part or show the picture

You can't make this shit up.

 CNBC has updated the story:

Henry in 2015 was reported to be the first known active-duty Army officer to come out as transgender.

Thanks Obama!

Thanks Joe!

The update is still riddled with typos and even an incomplete sentence, but they've made sure to get the major's personal pronouns right.

The major is a real piece of work.

It's all in the eyes.

Like a creepy neighbor, State Farm is there, targeting 5-year-olds, lol, but not for the time being

 The Chicago Tribune reports, here:

State Farm came under fire this week after a January letter recruiting 550 agents and employees to participate in the program by donating a three-book bundle to teachers, community centers and libraries was published online by Consumers’ Research. The Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit educational group launched a campaign critical of the program, calling State Farm “a creepy neighbor” targeting 5-year-olds. ...
The GenderCool Project is an educational organization helping to “replace misinformed opinions with positive, powerful experiences” through the stories of transgender and nonbinary kids, said Jennifer Grosshandler, co-founder and executive director of the four-year-old Chicago-based nonprofit. Grosshandler, who said the organization began working with State Farm about a year ago on the voluntary program, was more conciliatory toward the insurance company. “We were disappointed to learn about the decision,” said Grosshandler. “The truth is that StateFarm has done really good and important work with the LGBTQ community."

Gallup: 7.1% now say they are LGBT, on the growth of bisexuality among younger women

The story did not discuss the high popularity with men of two girls in bed.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The percentage of U.S. adults who self-identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or something other than heterosexual has increased to a new high of 7.1%, which is double the percentage from 2012, when Gallup first measured it. ...

More than half of LGBT Americans, 57%, indicate they are bisexual. That percentage translates to 4.0% of all U.S. adults. ...

Bisexual is the most common LGBT status among Gen Z, millennials, and Gen X ...

Women are much more likely than men to say they are bisexual.

Despite non-stop recruitment propaganda, the LGBT share of the US population rises to only 5.6%, and most of that is bi, and most of that is female

5.6% of US adults are LGBT, up from 4.5% in 2017.

3.1% of Americans identify as bisexual, 1.4% as gay, 0.7% as lesbian and 0.6% as transgender.

Gallup.

The rise in Americans saying they are bisexual is driven by women:

[O]ver 3% of US adults say they are bisexual (a sexual identity in which someone is attracted to people of their gender or other genders). This is up from just over 1% in 2008. (The GSS allowed individuals to self-classify as “heterosexual or straight,” “gay, lesbian, homosexual,” “bisexual,” or “don’t know.”) An analysis of the GSS data by the sociologists D’Lane Compton and Tristan Bridges shows that the change has been almost entirely due to an increase in the number of bisexual women . . ..
