The men — ages 16-20 — were arrested in predawn raids in Dearborn and Inkster that drew praise from Michigan's governor, the state attorney general and the president of the United States. ...

Either designation triggers asset freezes, according to the State Department, though they can differ on other restrictions imposed on the target organization. The Treasury Department told ABC News the Taliban is still on their SDGT list.
